New State Law to affect Dermatologic Procedures
Miami- A new Florida law went into effect on July 1st that requires the supervision of a board eligible or board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon in all dermatologic procedures, including Botox injections, performed in the state. The new law ensures the health and safety of all patients seeking aesthetic skin services and treatments.
