Clinical Study Highlights:
Clinical evaluations are being conducted at several centers throughout the world on the Lumenis One. The results presented here are from the Israeli site, where 167 individuals, mostly female (82%) and ranging in age from 18 to 68 years, received treatment for the aforementioned clinical applications. Following are highlights of these clinical results:
- Result analysis of five different clinical applications shows high levels of efficacy, safety and patient satisfaction. At one month post-treatment, 97% of the 140 treated areas that reached this follow-up showed improvement in comparison to their baseline condition. Many patients experienced full clearance of their treated lesions over the course of treatment, often prior to completion of the full treatment course. Eighty three percent of these areas were rated as having 50-100% improvement.
- Results reflected a high patient satisfaction level, with all treated areas receiving satisfactory marks at one month post-treatment. In 82% of these follow-up cases, patients were ‘Very satisfied’ or “Extremely satisfied’ with the treatment results.
