The Cable lift is used to raise the midface and brows and is especially useful for patients with drooping soft tissue. The lifting effect is at its peak several months later when the collagen has formed around the threads. The Cable lift can achieve uniform gathering and even lifting of the soft tissue for a new volumetric contour of the face. After the Cable Lift the patient may return to work as early as the next day, although there may be mild swelling and there is always a chance of bruising.

Recovery:
Back to work in 2 weeks. More strenuous activity: several weeks. Full recovery from bruising: 2 to 3 weeks. Limit sun exposure for several months.
